Welcome to Codemoon. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our secure email service. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description
Codemoon provides a secure email service that allows you to send encrypted messages with SMS verification. Our service includes:
Encrypted messaging
Send secure, encrypted messages to recipients
SMS verification
Two-factor authentication for message recipients
Automatic expiration
Messages are automatically deleted after a set period
3. Account Registration
To use our service, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

- •Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
- •Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
- •Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- •Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes. You may not use our service to:
Law Enforcement Cooperation
Codemoon will report any illegal content transmitted through our service to the appropriate law enforcement authorities. This includes, but is not limited to, content related to child exploitation, terrorism, fraud, and other criminal activities. We reserve the right to preserve and disclose any information as required by law or as necessary to cooperate with law enforcement investigations.
5. Payment Terms
Our service is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:
- •Pay the applicable subscription fees as described at the time of purchase
- •Provide valid payment information
- •Authorize recurring charges for your subscription period
We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. After the trial period, your subscription will begin at €29/month unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Codemoon reserves the right to modify pricing at any time, including but not limited to situations where operating costs exceed revenue or where Codemoon otherwise deems it necessary to ensure the continued viability of the service. We will provide reasonable notice of any pricing changes to existing subscribers.
6. Intellectual Property
The Codemoon service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our service without our express written permission.
You retain ownership of any content you send through our service. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing our service to you.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of our service. However, we do not guarantee that our service will be available at all times. We may temporarily suspend access to our service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.
Scheduled maintenance
We will notify users in advance of planned maintenance windows
Emergency maintenance
Unplanned outages may occur; we will restore service as quickly as possible
Service suspension
Codemoon reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the service at any time if operating costs exceed revenue or if Codemoon otherwise deems it necessary
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codemoon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our service.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
While we implement industry-standard security measures, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. You use our service at your own risk.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:
- •You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- •We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms
- •We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice to users
Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. Any data associated with your account may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Eindhoven, the Netherlands.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and, where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
